food quality is fine for dinning but not that impressive good food variant with decent quality and slightly high cost comparing to local stores
No Sauvignon Blanc, no duck, no squid despite being on the menu. We were asked when we first ordered whether we were paying by credit card, but when it came to paying the bill the credit card machine was suddenly broken. 😠 Food that was available was tasty, authentic Vietnamese, and the service was friendly. We were the only people in the restaurant.
We had smoked duck pho, beef salad, meat rolls in vegetables, roasted eggplants, and grilled pork cheek. My 9 year old thinks it is the best pho she has ever tasted. My 7 year old says it is the best meal in Hanoi so far. The eggplant was deliciously creamy and all the meats were perfectly marinated. The matcha was not overly sweet and was very smooth. The passionfruit juice was not too sweet, not too sour, and delicious-ah (verbatim from 7 year old).
