Everything about our experience was amazing. The staff were knowledgeable about the menu and gave honest recommendations on what to order and the best way to enjoy each dish without over-ordering. The food was outstanding. We’ve been to many fine dining restaurants and steakhouses, but the flavors here really stood out and were incredibly memorable. What impressed us the most was the service. From making the reservation to the moment we left, everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience. A special thank you to Hai for the exceptional hospitality. We also loved the thoughtful birthday surprise and handwritten card—it made our celebration even more special. Highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be back!
7000000 vnd for 4 people The price was insane, but the food was also insane too. The decoration is great. The flavor is good. The atmosphere and the service are just top notch. Many creativity in the menu. I would say the stewed beef’s flavor is not very special and its kinda mid. But the lamb was so so good. The lemon cake was too sour but the other desserts were really tasty. Must try if you are willing to pay alot for a luxuru experience.
Dessert: They look so cute and real and the flavour of fruits actually shine through the smooth, rich mousse The mango mouse is fragrant and sweet The pear paired with earl grey ice cream is a great combination and the lemon is a just bit tart for my liking, but still, the yuzu flavor and fragrance is so addictive. I love yuzu, really elevated the dish We have a steak with all three sauce, it was good. Mine favorite sauce is red wine and pepper. Pigeon was very flavorful and tender with all the herbs stuffed but i dont like the quinoa as the side dish. Lamb cooked three way is also good Scallops are fresh Bread with three kinds of butter, i like that they give us options. The bread itself is above average, but nothing too special. I do like it though. I do love the bread crust. They have toys for kids and super attentive and friendly with kids. The staffs are professional and the food was served quickly.
It was truly a wonderful dining experience at JW Marriott Hanoi. I was especially delighted by the attentive service provided by Thanh Bui, who thoughtfully introduced the restaurant’s signature dishes with warmth and professionalism. Thanh was courteous, engaging, and incredibly helpful as we considered our choice of main courses.☺️ The restaurant offers a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, complemented by a genuinely friendly team. I am sincerely grateful for the beautifully arranged birthday celebration and the lovely surprise prepared by French Grill. It was a truly memorable evening, and I had an absolutely delightful time.❤️❤️
We went here for our 1st anniversary on our first ever trip to Hanoi and our experience was just amazing. The steak we ordered was perfect and arrived really fast. It was fairly priced and the serving size was very generous. We had the pumpkin soup split into 2 and even then, the serving was still just the right amount. The location, although a bit far from our hotel in the old quarters, was great as it has a lot of other tourist attractions nearby. The atmosphere in the restaurant was so pleasant, the tables were spaced far apart giving it a semblance of a private dining experience. Thuy, our server, did an amazing job. She was courteous, made great suggestions and she was just sweet, talking with us about our trip and gave very useful advice. Service was over the top in the best way possible. We couldn't be happier. We are an LGBT couple and let me just say that they made our first anniversary super special. They came out with a cake and complementary dessert. They gave an amazing speech about love and Thuy gave us a very healtfelt letter to celebrate our night. This was really, the best dining experience we've had in any restaurant, in all of the countries we've been to. Ever.
