My experience at The Moose & Roo Smokehouse was absolutely fantastic! 🤩 The food was incredibly flavorful and satisfying. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. 💯 The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making for a truly enjoyable visit. I highly recommend it! 🌟😋
This is my go - to place whenever I’m looking for a relaxed, breezy outing. The restaurant has an open - air space with a Western style vibe that reminds me of the beer gardens I used to visit when I was in Australia. The staff are young and very friendly. The food is good, the beer is great, and the prices are reasonable. I especially love the nachos here. There’s a huge playground where kids can run around and play. It’s a great spot for both families and groups of friends.
We had a marvelous experience at this restaurant! After spending 104 days in Asia, it was a refreshing change of pace. The menu offers a great variety from their smokehouse. The owner is Canadian and has been living here for 18 years. It’s perfect for families—besides the restaurant, there is a beautiful soccer field, a park, and a basketball court! It is also very well located, less than one kilometer from the cathedral. Beautiful spot, great food, and amazing vibes!
Revisiting the most American place in Hanoi - American Club True to its name, it's the land of the free here consisting of 90% American families with their children running around in the football field beside it. 14 years ago I tried the buffalo wings and it was crazy, or it was because I was too little to actually taste flavors. Now with a hardened palate, I went back looking for that authentic smokehouse experience but it was a bit lackluster for what it is. Very heavy dishes (heavy on the heart), would be nice with a beer or two and a sports game playing on the side in the midst of winter.
An unexpected find in Hanoi. Like most travellers who have been enjoying Vietnamese food this was just a perfect place to go we needed some home comforts and this place hits the spot. We ordered some drinks first as we’d just walked from bar street around a 20minute walk I had a Carlsberg and my partner had a vodka and Pepsi Then onto the food we decided against the starters as we looked around and the mains looked quite big on the plates, I ordered the bbq tasting board with fries and chipotle slaw all the meat was cooked to perfection and the smoked chicken was the best of them all. Jen ordered the smokehouse burger with blue cheese and fries she ordered the burger to be cooked medium and that’s exactly how it came. We found this place at the wrong end of the holiday (last day) we would have visited this place more even if it was just for drinks. The whole bill came to around £40 which was the dearest meal that we’ve had whilst being out here but it’s well justified with the quality of the service and produce used. Give this place a try you won’t be disappointed.
