The service is definitely good here. The waiter introduce many food to me around 15mins. Sorry about that because I spend 7days in Hanoi and I tasted many local food already. She find a dish that I never tasted and authentic in this restaurant. Look forward to visit next time!
Super comfortable place with superior customer service. Staff are really friendly and know what you want before you are asking for it. Foods are truly nice and well-favoured (love the Duck in Coconut). Highly recommended if you passed by.
This is the best meal I've had during my stay here in Hanoi. The moment we arrived, warm greetings and hospitality throughout the entire experience. The food - it is the best. Very flavourfully infused and we truly enjoyed every dishes here. What brings the wholesome experience is the service, staff are so friendly and attentive, always ready to be at your service, totally exceeding our expectations. Thank you to all service and kitchen staff here for the wonderful memories! Will definitely be back again next time my visit in Hanoi. Highly recommended to all!
Convenient location within the Aira Botique Hotel & Spa in Hanoi, restaurant located on the 9th floor. Very nice setting, classy but relaxed. The food was fantastic. Fresh, authentic flavours, good size servings, lovely presentation. Pork spring rolls as a starter to share for 2 people were very nice. Good flavour, rice noodles and fish sauce combined with a herb salad to serve. The duck and beef dishes we chose for a main both arrived in flaming coconut husks that we were encouraged to let burn out before serving the meal. A nice touch which supported the temperature as well as being a showstopper. The sticky rice was perfect too. Fried banana and vanilla spring rolls to share as a dessert which were delicious. Great flavours and textures throughout the meal. A special mention to our waiter Duy, (Daniel), who was friendly, conscientious and gave us tips about the food, drink and local area, as well as a master class in chop stick eating! Very happy overall and we would gladly return here again. Thank you!
Amazing restaurant! The service is fantastic and they speak perfect English. They have all the Vietnamese classics and western food too if you want. They start with complimentary crackers. They asked if we wanted a second basket and of course we had to. We got the chicken skewers, chicken pho, and the snapper fillet cooked in their banana leaves. Then we got mango sticky rice with ice cream. Very clean and healthy. Big portions. Great value. Highly recommend. They end with a cold complimentary lemon and mint tea.
