I love a good culinary surprise. Chapter reflects a Chef‘s vision of his heritage and culture through extraordinary technique and absurdly fresh ingredients. His front of house staff are dedicated to making your experience beautiful. My husband and I felt welcome from the moment we walked in. The food is fun to eat, surprising, and doesn’t feel like a repetitious tasting menu that you’ve had before. I’m happy to say I tasted flavors that were unique and interesting. The element that will stand out in my mind most from this dinner is the fermented rice gelato. I’ll just leave it at that. Please support this beautiful eatery. The love that goes into what they do is evident from the moment you walk through the door. Thank you, Chef and staff!
This is my first time visiting the restaurant, and I immediately felt comfortable with its warm and cozy atmosphere. The HEARTH menu was truly impressive, each dish had its own highlight. I especially appreciated how the chefs focused directly on bringing out the essence of each ingredient. It made the entire dining experience both refined and memorable. The service was excellent, with attentive and enthusiastic staff who were always ready to accommodate all my requests. If the restaurant continues to maintain this level of quality, I believe it will grow even further. I would be more than happy to come back next time.
Celebrated my wedding anniversary here. Food was great, staff were attentive and this is a place you would want to try out when you’re in Hanoi. The chefs are very passionate with their work and craft.
One of the most memorable, special meals we’ve had. An easy standout on our Hanoi trip thus far. We had the Hearth menu with the wine pairing. Course after course was brimming with vibrant, perfectly balanced flavors and textures, and the story that accompanied each dish made each one part of a greater experience. The staff was warm, welcoming, and highly knowledgeable; walking us through the food and wine. Very, very worth the splurge.
