We recently chose Hemispheres Steak & Grilled Seafood for a special family dinner to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and the entire experience was absolutely flawless. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt incredibly luxurious. The ambiance is elegant, sophisticated, and paired with a stunning view that sets the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening or a special occasion. The food was nothing short of amazing. Every dish was prepared beautifully, but the absolute star of the night was the T-Bone steak—perfectly cooked, incredibly juicy, and packed with flavor. It is a absolute must-try for any steak lover. What truly elevated our night, however, was the world-class service. The staff here are incredibly professional and attentive. A special shoutout goes to our server, Phuong Anh, who went above and beyond to look after us. Her warmth, professionalism, and impeccable attention to detail made my mother feel incredibly special and made our family celebration seamless.
The seafood was incredibly fresh and delicious. Every dish was well-prepared and full of flavor, especially the grilled seafood and signature specialties. You can tell that the ingredients are of high quality, and the presentation was also very impressive!!!!!!!! What made the experience even better was the excellent service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the meal. They were always ready to recommend dishes and made sure everything was perfect. Thanks you sm for a wonderful night 🫰🏻😘
Excellent dining experience at Hemispheres Steak & Seafood Grill, Sheraton Hanoi. Manager Quoc Anh and the entire team were professional and attentive, with great knowledge of the menu and wine pairings. The food by Chef Thang, Chef Hoan and Chef Hung was delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommended!
