Experience the vibrant essence of Vietnamese coffee culture with our immersive workshop designed to tantalize your taste buds and enrich your understanding of Hanoi's rich coffee heritage. Our curated experience offers a journey through five distinct local brews, each infused with the traditions and flavours that define Vietnam's coffee culture.
In this activity, you will get to:
1. Get an overview of the history of coffee and how it became popular in Vietnam and the world. Feast your eyes on all kinds of different coffee beans and coffee-making equipment. Learn about the growing process of coffee trees and the roasting process, along with the special green coffee beans.
2. Explore the process of making coffee and discover the tips to tell the authentic coffee from the counterfeit or bad coffee. Understand the technique requirements to create a great cup of coffee.
3. Learn how to make 5 distinctive brews of Hanoi under the guidance of experts with more than 10 years of experience in the coffee industry. These brews include Vietnamese egg coffee, original Vietnamese brown coffee, coconut coffee, pour-over coffee, signature coffee cocktails with jam and local wine, and more!

- Meeting point is at Alley 75, Lane 173, Hoang Hoa Tham Street (Google Maps: https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=21.038579799999997,105.8229439). Please stand at the intersection with a big yellow sign that says “Bia Hoi Mau Dich”. We’ll be there to welcome you and guide you to our venue.
Hotel pick-up is included ONLY for locations within the Old Quarter area. Guests staying outside the French Old Quarter area can request a hotel pick-up for an additional fee.
For PRIVATE groups, complimentary hotel pick-ups are included both inside & outside the Old Quarter Area within 10 km from the Hanoi Post Office. All aspects of this activity can be customizable upon request, including start/finish time, pick-up location, and menu items.
