Great Cocktails... Hidden place... Nice small spot... Good service too
A proper hidden gem, accessed by the alley and then up the stairs. The bar is so lovely and cosy, the balcony is great for people watching and sunbathing. The drinks were made fresh and with care, they were absolutely delicious. Special mention to the Vietnamese Dawn which we could've drunk a million of. Came back twice we loved it so much!
The entrance is tucked inside a narrow alley that looks a bit run-down—easy to miss if you’re not paying attention. But once you make your way up to the second floor, the space opens up completely: an airy bar-style setting with high ceilings, surprisingly comfortable to sit in. From the balcony, you get a direct view of St. Joseph’s Cathedral. It’s especially nice in the late afternoon or evening—pretty chill. The coffee is decent—not outstanding, but good enough to come back for, mainly because of the atmosphere. The staff look a bit serious 😄 Not unfriendly, just not the overly cheerful type.
It’s a small upstairs bar with an interesting cocktail menu and great coffee. They also have a balcony with limited seating where you can see the cathedral and people watch. It’s open pretty early. The bartenders are really knowledgeable and friendly. Probably one of my favorite cocktail experiences in Hanoi. It’s not pretentious at all. The atmosphere is very welcoming. I would recommend coming here in the early afternoon. And try some of their delicious cocktails as well as their coffee.
What a beautiful little bar! One of those places that makes me glad for Google Maps, because it’s a place I’d never have found otherwise. It’s located on the first floor inside a 150-year-old house, and it feels like you’ve entered a different world. Highly recommend going here if you like a vibe-y ambience and some delicious cocktails. Definitely on the pricey side, but worth it.
