I didn’t expect what I was walking into but I have been traveling for two years and haven’t had a roast all that time.. it was absolutely amazing 🤩 & the service here was absolutely amazing everyone is so friendly, Huyen had gone on and above for our children offering coloring books, faces wipes and just being so happy and playful with them, we will definitely be back thank you so much for such a lovely evening & meal.. the atmosphere has the most amazing soft rock music 🎶 ❤️
Good atmosphere. I waited for the food to be served longer than the coffee. They use ultra-pasteurized milk and it made the coffee taste different. I find it hard to reverse a table via messenger when they seen my request but never reply until I ask them again. Beside from that, everything is great.
Chicken wings is a no go, boiled chicken not fried blund taste forget to order this. Chicken taste old, pre cooked out of a fridge warmed in a microwave. I order without the sauce and actually can see the bad of it. First ask if the wings are fried or boiled. And this is for 200k for 6 boiled wings duh.
Great place, wonderful atmosphere for sports lovers. There’s a great variety of drinks and draft beers, including Guinness. The food was excellent, very tasty and beautifully presented. What really stood out was how friendly and welcoming the staff were throughout the evening. Despite having to deal with a very loud and rowdy group from the Hanoi Dragons Rugby Club who were watching a rugby match, the staff remained calm, professional and incredibly polite at all times. To be clear, this was only some individuals from the club, not everyone there. Still, there is no excuse for shouting at hospitality staff or behaving disrespectfully because you’ve had too much to drink. Credit to the staff for maintaining such a positive atmosphere despite having to deal with that behaviour.
After a few days of enjoying Vietnamese cuisine, we decided it was time for a change and headed to the West Lake area for some Western food. The restaurant had a warm, familiar atmosphere that instantly reminded us of home. We ordered a carbonara and a chicken wrap—both dishes were comforting and well-executed, with flavours that felt just like what we’re used to back home. To complete the meal, we had two Hanoi beers, which were wonderfully refreshing. Hanoi, you continue to charm us.
