This is a really nice restaurant with excellent service and a great vibe. However, the flavors are quite authentic and exotic; if you aren’t used to the local cuisine, you might find it challenging. We tried the buffalo skin salad but didn't care for the taste or the tough texture, as it had a very strong herbal profile. We also had the half-chicken and a beef dish, but found the meat to be quite chewy. The five colored sticky rice was chewy and has no flavor. We were not impressed with the detox drinks we ordered. It's a beautiful spot, but the menu might be an acquired taste for some.
This pumpkin black chicken and mushroom soup is incredibly delicious! The soup is rich and savory, with the sweet, creamy flavor of pumpkin perfectly blending with the umami taste of black chicken and fresh mushrooms. The black chicken is extremely tender, and the soup is full of natural fragrance, making it extremely comforting and addictive to eat.
I’m from Canada and this is the best restaurant I have ever been in Hanoi. Every single dish is an art. The looks , the tastes are absolutely incredible. The service is top notch. All staffs are beautiful and kind. Very professional. They explained everything in details . Even tho I asked too many questions. They patiently take their time with me. Love love love ❤️❤️❤️ I will keep coming back with friends and family when I’m in Hanoi.
The ambiance and design are truly impressive, showing the unique beauty of the tribes while maintaining subtly luxurious touches. Even though I couldn’t fully enjoy the dine in experience as expected, the takeout can demonstrate the food quality and flavours. The special salad is amazing; one of the best dressings I have ever tasted. It’s definitely an experience to try.
Very nice looking restaurant, but unfortunately we were dissapointed with food. Apetizer with buffalo skin - not good taste, should be crispy, but wasn’t. Protein bomb - very good. Duck - very ordinary. Chicken - the texture quite tough and difficult to chew. We have ordered rice and water - didn’t recieve it, staff was friendly, but not speaking english very good. Paid 1,5 mil. for two people. Maybe good for local people, but as a tourists we were not happy with this choice.
