The menu isn't extensive, but it does have a few unique snail dishes. The stir-fried squid teeth with chili sauce are delicious, with a satisfyingly crunchy texture. The other dishes are decent. It takes a little longer to prepare when it's busy.
In this cold weather, I only crave one combo: a steaming hot bowl of mixed snails + a bowl of this delicious pickled fig dish – it warms me up instantly 🥹 The snails are cleaned thoroughly and boiled perfectly, not chewy or fishy. The figs are sour and crunchy, and dipping them in the sauce is incredibly addictive. Sipping the sauce in this weather is just so satisfying. For fun, I ordered some chicken feet, cheese bread, and stir-fried snails with quail, making for a truly satisfying evening. These side dishes are quite good and don't get boring when eaten together.
