We had a fantastic lunch here during our visit to Hanoi. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavors. Every dish we ordered was well-prepared and exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Thao for the outstanding service. She was warm, friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our meal. Her excellent hospitality made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for great food and exceptional service in Hanoi. We would definitely love to come back!
Everything we ordered was really good. I'd recommend the fish and chips, calamari, 4 cheese pizza and shrimp pasta with Tom yum sauce. They were so delicious 🤤 Zin, Khanh, Dat were really helpful and assisted us in understanding the menu. The service was quick and good too.
Ive given this a 3 but this could have so easily been a 5. Let down by 1 thing. A terribly vauge menu, a bad waiter and poor staff training. Their best seller is the combo deal. Bread wuth truffle butter. Salad. Steak and fries. 450k But the menu has a better steak inside so we went for that option and left the salad and bread. Same picture used for both. 3 steaks get delivered. Zero fries. I said excuse me where are the fries? It doesn't come with any! There combo does. The steak doesnt. They dont even have fries on the menu they are truffle fries but apparently they are the same thing. So I've been left absolutely starving after paying almost £50 for 3 steaks. Absolutely scandalous. When I asked to add fries i was told 10-15 minutes, by which time the steak would be cold and they wouldn't replace them So be warned. The waiters are garbage. Make sure your meal comes as you expect or you will leave hungry, confused and angry. Its a nice setting. Nice and chilled vibe. But they have scrimped on an AI menu, duplicated pictures and lack any sort of information due to 'printing costs' Absolutely not good enough in the grand scheme of things.
Paris Bistro offers an amazing combination of delicious food, great service, and a charming ambiance. Every dish we tried was excellent, especially the French-inspired specialties. The restaurant feels sophisticated while still being welcoming. We will definitely be back!

The ambience is elegant, warm, and thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. A special mention to Ms. Thao, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. Her warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience and made us feel especially well looked after. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere in Hanoi. We look forward to visiting again!
