Kumihimo is my favorite restaurant in Hanoi! I love staying at the JW Marriott and coming to Kumihimo for dinner. The food is amazing and fresh. My favorite go to is the salmon tart. Even more, the service is amazing. My favorite person is Hung! He remembers me even if it’s been months since my last visit. The best server ever
I recently had lunch at Kumihimo, the Japanese restaurant inside the JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi, and I was genuinely impressed. This is a place I would highly recommend for business meetings, important events, or any occasion where you want a refined dining experience. The menu is excellent — everything is incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. We ordered sashimi, sushi, and udon soup, and every dish was outstanding. The quality and flavors were exceptional. The service was equally impressive: attentive, professional, and very welcoming. The restaurant is spotless and elegant, with a distinct interior design that creates a calm and upscale atmosphere. Overall, I truly enjoyed my experience at Kumihimo and would definitely recommend it.
