Amazing first day in Hanoi at Villa Des Fleurs. We are a group of girl friends who just arrived in Hanoi and are looking for French fine dining. I found this one on Google Map and surprisingly could take same-day reservation without deposit. What’s more, I did remark this is a birthday celebration. When we arrived, the restaurant interior and design look even better than the images we saw online. We picked the 5 course menu and the food exceeded our expectations - very exquisite, flavourful, fresh ingredients. It was a Saturday night and we were accompanied by live piano music. Service was great, with sufficient staff members on duty. Everything was so perfect and this restaurant is certainly one of my best ones I have ever visited. Great job! Keep going!
Popped by here for the 4-course banquet on a whim and it did not disappoint! The dishes were well thought out and flavours were unbelievable. Definitely recommend if you wanted to have a nice dinner in Hanoi. The building and decorum was quite unique too, very charming. The wait staff were also excellent at their jobs and was very knowledgeable with their dishes.
Lovely solo dinner. Beautiful dishes with layers of flavors and texture. Attentive and polite service. Decent cocktail and wine selections. Crepe Suzette cooked tableside was a lovely surprise. Would have been perfect if the vanilla ice cream is freshly scoop amd not pre-scoop (too hard). Value for money.
This restaurant absolutely beats the other with its price lower than some common French restaurant in Hanoi. You should come and try this. It’s weird that this restaurant didn’t get so much fame. To compensate delivering the dessert late, they gave free macarons too :))
I had a birthday dinner and was very happy with the menu, the service and the quality of food. The menu is a perfect blend between western cuisine and Asian ingredients (eg shiitake mushroom). Kudos to the creative dish of ravioli of lobster. The dry-aged duck on the Fleurs de Mars menu was outstanding—perfectly crispy skin with incredibly tender, flavourful meat. Bravo Villa des Fleurs team! Thank you for such a pleasant dinner. Will certainly come back to try the à la carte menu PS: another small touch which made the dinner perfect is the sour dough bread served.
