Her cooking skill is very good too，the beef is perfect medium and the pork belly is well cooked with slight charcoal to give it an extra flavor Atmosphere：regular premium korean restaurant，overall english level is good and easy to communicate，a bit hot but thats expected for a BBQ restaurant，sadly its allowed to smoke
They welcomed me as a solo traveler. I ordered a pork combo which was delicious and it came with many different side dishes. You get your personal chef who cooks the meat and some veggies on your table. Absolutely delicious but quite a lot for one person 😅
Chuck flap tail prime, bone-in beef ribs, and boneless prime rib are the three cuts we always order whenever we come here. They’re simply the best choices for grilling. The braised short ribs are also very impressive. When done right, the beef is tender and allmost falling apart, fully soaked in a rich, flavorful sauce. It goes perfectly with a bowl of white rice. I once had it when it wasn’t braised long enough - the meat was still a bit tough and hadn’t absorbed the flavors well. Remember this dish at its best is when the beef is truly tender and deeply infused with the sauce.
So we went to this restaurant as part of our family trip to Vietnam. We were new and had a hard time finding spots where we can have food after 10pm. So confused and puzzled we decided to have a walk around Hanoi Old Quarter and we stumbled upon this Korean restaurant. Now I've never had any prior experience eating Korean Food or dinning in a Korean restaurant and the only one in our family that had some experience would be my youngest sister and maybe my stepdad. But the place did not disappoint at all, the atmosphere was amazing, really spacious and had a great vibe to it. Now I'm vegetarian and initially my assumption was that there wouldn't be much vegetarian options but to my surprise there were lots of vegetarian options. The food was amazing, so fresh and the meat was cooked live on the spot as you can see from the video. Myself and my whole family loved the entire experience rather than just the food. I was so amazed at how much fresh and tasty Korean food was and would absolutely recommend this place to tourists visitng Hanoi.
Tasty and very good service. We’re lucky to meet the boss Mathrew. He’s a very friendly and sociable nice guy. The restaurant design was really comfortable and feel like at high-end atmosphere. Thank you Mathrew introduce the best delicious barbecue beef for us which’s very yummy. Highly recommend to here.
