First time Michelin and it was remarkable. Every of the dish was very delicate✨the staffs explained everything very detailed so we could know the background story of every dish and they all nicely related to Vietnamese culture. Our fav were the dragon prawn and the beef, very tender while also has layers of flavors. Non alcoholic pairing beverages were excellent, every drink made the taste of the dish even better, I really like the one with pumpkin syrup. The interior was also amazing. Overall worth a try🤤remember to make a reservation!

A stand out meal during our stay in Hanoi! The flavours are more delicate and subtle compared to western cuisine. We had the Spring lunch tasting menu with non-alcoholic drink pairing - a few food items had to be substituted because they were no longer in season which we appreciated. Each dish was well thought out and elevated the traditional Asian dishes that we are familiar with. We scraped the bottom of the plates for every dish. The pace of the tasting menu was good, we didn’t wait too long between courses. Servers spoke English and were polite. The decor was appropriate, but I wish the song choices were different. I enjoy western pop songs but it didn’t feel right for this setting. The bathroom was a bit dated looking and they only had tissue to dry your hands with. Overall it was a very enjoyable dining experience and worth booking if you want to try fine dining Vietnamese cuisine. Food/Service: 9.2 Value: 8.5

They have a story for each course that's connected to the culture and food of Vietnam. Bites look small but they are all very filling. The mushroom dish, fish with tomato sauce, and the pork chop with sticky rice were my favorite mains. The desserts were SO GOOD. The tomato / strawberry with shaved ice and cream on the bottom was just so harmonious. The egg apricot coconut dessert was my FAV!! Love the idea of it that it symbolizes new beginnings. The service is the best I've ever experienced. They even give you a tour of the kitchen and the chef gives you 2 small drinks. You also receive a gift at the end. The servers were so kind and you can tell they studied and practiced alot to tell the story of each dish. Note: You need to reserve in advance.
