Ryan provided such outstanding service! He was incredibly kind and welcoming. He greeted us in Korean so naturally that I honestly thought he was Korean when we first walked in! I had brought my own disposable wooden chopsticks to use, but Ryan noticed and kindly brought me a fresh set from the restaurant instead. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed his attention to detail. His warm hospitality and excellent service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Ryan!
We had a fantastic dining experience at MẸT Vietnamese Restaurant! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of authentic Vietnamese flavors. Every dish we tried was fresh and flavorful, making it one of the highlights of our trip. A special shoutout to our server, Ryan, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great dining experience. His recommendations were excellent, and his warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome.
My dinner here was fantastic! I came maybe an hour before closing and was worried they wouldn’t be able to fit me in, but there was plenty of seating and the staff made sure I didn’t feel rushed. The food was insanely delicious and my waiter Anh gave me the best recommendations for what to order! I ordered the Banh Xeo & Bun cha following his recommendation. The Banh Xeo/Vietnamese pancake was absolutely incredible, bursting with flavor, texture, and was beautifully vibrant in color, and Anh showed me exactly how to eat it properly and was very patient in giving me instructions. I also really enjoyed the Bun cha, it was fresh, the pork was delicious, and the concept of building every bite was really cool. It was a great experience. Lastly, I also really enjoyed the spring roll sampler and the dipping sauce - my favorite spring rolls were the non-fried ones. These have to be some of the best spring rolls I have ever had. This restaurant is truly something special and I understand why it is so well loved! I’d definitely come back given the opportunity! Plus - the local alcoholic apple cider I tried there was incredible! I was very impressed to see a Vietnamese cider brand and hope to try it again! Thanks Anh for being such an incredible server and thanks to the entire team of Met for helping me feel so at home!
Had an amazing dining experience here after it was recommended by our hotel manager. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was full of authentic Vietnamese flavors. A special thanks to Ryan, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit, making us feel truly welcome. I highly recommend trying the traditional Vietnamese dishes, especially the Pho 🍜 — it was outstanding! Great food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Hanoi. 🇻🇳✨
Food is taste very homemade. It feels like they're cooked by a Vietnamese Grandma. Everything was light and clean taste. We ordered mixed spring rolls for appetizer - really good, well balanced of meat and veggies. Lemon grass chicken - chicken was breast part but very moist, we loved the lemon grass taste. Lastly, stir fry beef noodles, love the wok aroma, savory and well balanced. Service was also great! Staff were very friendly and homey, the staff named Ryan even approach us to show pictures of the dishes because some dishes doesn't have pictures in the menu.
