We tried the buffet, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Without a doubt, it’s the best food we’ve had in Hanoi! We highly recommend!!! Oh they have a Michelin Guided japanese restaurant too if you guys wanna check it out!
Vi Anh is very enthusiastic and dedicated to her work, always takes good care of customers, making them feel comfortable. Her positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility make her an excellent staff member.
Absolutely outstanding service! Huyen, An, Lan Anh, and Ngoc took care of us with such warmth and attentiveness that I have never experienced anywhere before. Every wish was fulfilled with a smile before we even had to ask. These four are a true dream team – incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and always in great spirits.
