Great place, food and service! Vast selection of all things seafood, but also has super juicy and good steak, pasta and selection of Asian and European dishes. Desserts are amazing too! But the service makes it all that better - so attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming, especially Ngoan who took extra good care of us. The chef was also kind enough to cater to our restrictions. Will definitely come again!
The food quality is excellent, and the restaurant design is beautiful and elegant. However, there was one issue we didn’t like. When waiting for a taxi at the hotel’s main gate, many people were smoking nearby. JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi should consider designating a specific smoking area away from the main waiting area.
5/5! Don’t exactly know why some of the reviews didn’t like their buffet spread. We went on a Friday night that featured oysters, lobsters, scallops, lamb chops, tomahawk, foie gras & so much more! The food selection is just right, not too many yet the attention to detail and the quality of each selection is perfect! Worth it for its price & will certainly be a staple spot when we come back in Hanoi
