Amazing experience! My friend and I made a reservation the day before our visit, and the Zennova team reached out to confirm with us our preferences in advance. The space is quiet and clean, the team is very professional, and the service is excellent. Our therapists are truly amazing and definitely highly recommended!

I will say the massage is good, the male masseur that I got knows how to release those muscle knots that I had for some times,But the 40 mins relaxation (hot bed) probably need to shorten to 20 mins or so.. 40 mins is too long.. 🤣

This massage shop is completely overpriced—other than the ambiance, it has absolutely nothing going for it. The blind male masseur had long nails and scratched me several times. The hot stones were way too hot; normally they should glide quickly and lightly over the body, but he paused for too long, which burned me multiple times. After massaging my feet, he didn’t even wash his hands before moving straight to my head—totally lacking basic hygiene and professional ethics. At the end, he even had the nerve to ask me for a tip… When I reported all these awful experiences to the front desk, their compensation offer was, “We can give you 10% off next time.” So I asked, “Do you really think I’d ever come back?”

We are recommended to do a visit to spa and totally understand why it is worth. Nice design though from first steps in the spa. Nice service with fully take care from beginning to the end (welcome rice water and passion lemon kombucha drink and yogurt with ginger snacks eating). We all enjoyed our time in ceramic sauna room and 60 minutes of body massage. I was asked which part of my body will be well focused and happily relaxed after good technique therapy massages. The staff are great for their work. We will definitely come back. Really high recommend!
