PICK-UP INFORMATION:
▶Halong International Cruise Port Option:
Pick-up & Drop-off at Halong International Cruise Port (Ha Long), 11:30 – 11:45 AM.
This option is for guests traveling directly to Ha Long & does not include hotel pickup from Hanoi.
If you would like to add a bus transfer from Hanoi, please contact us in advance to check availability.
▶ Hanoi Round-Trip Bus Transfer, 7:30 – 8:15 AM.
Hotel pickup is included for hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter where bus access is permitted.
Due to local traffic regulations (From 1 July 2026), some streets cannot be accessed by buses with more than 16 seats during certain hours. If your hotel is in a restricted area, we will arrange the nearest convenient pickup point, which may require a short walk.

Pickup: 8:00 – 8:15 AM (Please be ready by 8:00 AM.)
Transfer by comfortable limousine or shuttle bus through the express highway in 2.5 hours driving.
11:15-11:30: Visit Pearl Farm Workshop
Cultivating pearls has been a tradition in Halong Bay, which uses the Mikimoto technique to cultivate
pearls.
Visit the Pearl farm will be an interesting activity to see the cultivation of different kinds of pearls in
a short, but informative.
12:00-12:30: Boarding cruise
Arrive Harbor then embark on boat. Here, we will be presented with a welcome drink as the tour
guide announces the itinerary for the following 6 hours of cruising time.
12:30: Lunch on board
During time the boat cruising among islands and islets of magnificent Halong bay and Bai Tu Long
Bay, the nice buffet lunch will be served.
14:00: Kayaking/ Sampan rowing boat
Our first stop is Luon Cave – the fascinating wet cave. There are 2 options for you can choose as
below:
+ We kayak through the silent waters, enjoying the stillness of an area uncluttered.
+ Or a local will row us on a sampan boat through the Cave, where we emerge into a hidden lake
enclosed on all sides by streaked cliffs and their tree-topped peaks.
15:00: Exploring the Amazing Cave
You can leave the boat and having around one hour to explore Sung Sot (Amazing) Cave.
16:00: Visit Titov Island
+ Swimming on the beach.
+ Trekking up to Titov peak for taking photos with panoramic view of Ha Long bay.
17:00: Sunset party
Summit on the sundeck for watching the magnificent sunset over the Wonders of Nature, enjoy
Sunset tea-break with fruits, snack, tea and wine. It is an ideal time to make acquaintance with new
friends, sharing your traveling experience or simply watching the sunset or just relax.
18:00-18:30: Disembark
Disembark for another comfortable limousine ride back Hanoi via new express highway.
19:15: Short break
Short stop for rest room if needed, about 5-10 minutes.
21:00-21:30: Drop off at your hotel. Service ended.

- CHILD POLICY:
- Children from 1 to 4 years old: Free of charge
- Children from 5 to 8 years old: 75% of adult rate with full services
- Children from 9 years old and above: 100% of adult rate
- Two adults can accompany one child under 5 years old for free
- From the second child under 5 years old: 50% of adult rate applies
Single-use plastic bottles are not allowed on board in Ha Long Bay under local regulations to protect the environment. Please bring a reusable water bottle for drinking during the trip, or buy drinks on board if needed.
Kayaking note: Children over 10 years old (over 130 cm, meeting both conditions) may join kayaking only when accompanied by a parent & kayaking is only suitable for adults under 100 kg for safety reasons.
