My masseuse is Anna, the overall service is very good, during which she will ask me whether the temperature and strength are suitable, I was massaged with my boyfriend, they kept quiet in the room and gave me a very comfortable and relaxing environment. I caught a cold this time, and Anna was very considerate in providing me with tissues, which made me feel very warm.
I just had the most amazing spa treatment ( king of Soleil 3 h) with Anna. Highly recommend it to anyone staying at/or outside the Soleil hotel. The staff ( Helena) was also truly wonderful.
We had such a wonderful experience at Soleil Spa Hanoi that we came back twice during our stay! We booked the Oriental Massage, Himalayan Stones treatment, and Aroma Massage twice — every single treatment was relaxing, professional, and exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Rose and Hien for their amazing massages. Their skills, attention to detail, and care made every session truly memorable. We also want to thank Helena at reception, who was amazing from the moment we arrived. She was extremely professional, friendly, and made us feel welcome and comfortable every time. Everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the service, and the treatments. Highly recommended if you are visiting Hanoi!
Such a good spa experience! Rose took care of me from start to finish, the reception team were so nice and friendly. I picked a custom spa experience with a body scrub, wrap massage etc. wasn’t too sure on what was best so the team also recommended for me, really lovely peaceful ambiance in the middle of Hà Nội. Great price, even had a 20% discount running. Will definitely be returning!
I had a great experience at Soleil Spa. The place is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere feels calm and well thought out. Lily was my therapist and she was excellent — very attentive, professional, and skilled. She made sure the pressure was just right and helped me fully relax. I left feeling refreshed and satisfied. Definitely recommend both Soleil Spa and Lily!
