All the staff here are wonderful. Always happy and friendly. The massage itself is brilliant. I went for the deep calm and I always feel a sense of deep calm afterwards. I’ve been here 3 times now and it does not disappoint. If you’re after a great massage get to Ri Spa 💚🙏🏽✌🏽

I had a wonderful spa experience inside the hotel. The hot stone full-body massage was one of the best I’ve had—perfect pressure, deeply relaxing, and it completely melted away my muscle tension. I also highly recommend the hair wash treatment; it was incredibly soothing, with a great scalp massage that left my hair feeling soft and refreshed. The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff were professional and attentive, and everything felt clean and luxurious. A must-visit if you’re staying at the hotel!
