Mình đã có trải nghiệm gói gội dưỡng “Xinh” 120 phút nhưng thật sự khá thất vọng. Chất lượng gội và massage đầu chưa tốt, cảm giác còn không bằng một số tiệm cắt tóc gội đầu cắt tóc bên ngoài. Hay có thể đây không phải dịch vụ thế mạnh của bên mình. Không gian quán khá tối, nhân viên có vẻ thiếu năng lượng, tạo cảm giác chưa chuyên nghiệp. Mình cũng thấy trước đây có nhiều đánh giá tích cực, nhưng không rõ hiện tại bên mình có thay đổi gì (như đổi chủ hoặc nhân sự) nên chất lượng ko đc như mình kỳ vọng Mong bên Luna sẽ cải thiện để mang lại trải nghiệm tốt hơn cho khách hàng.
