Best spa I tried while I was in Hanoi! From check-in to treatment, everyone was professional and very knowledgeable and the facilities were nice with an upscale feel. I got a facial, body scrub, and full body massage. Ngoc was super sweet, attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout my long treatment, and esp during the extractions. They are usually painful but she was very gentle and careful. Phuong’s massage had me so relaxed I fell asleep- exactly what I wanted! My skin feels completely refreshed and is glowing now. I also heard most of their clients are locals (to me this is a good sign), but they speak excellent english (described all the technical parts of skin care really well) and are tourist friendly. Would definitely come back next time I’m in Hanoi! Thank you again!
