The staff at the shop were generally friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, I hope the management can pay more attention to the service quality of the external massage therapists. I had a session with a short-haired therapist who directly asked me for a 100,000 VND tip during the service. To be honest, I don’t mind tipping if the service is good, but being asked for it outright made me feel uncomfortable and affected the overall experience. In addition, I paid for a 1-hour massage, but the session only lasted about 45 minutes. She also kept chatting with other therapists during the massage, which made it difficult for me to relax. I hope the shop can take these issues seriously and improve the overall service experience.
