Reviews
This will be a more extensive review because I’ve visited this spa three separate times. Visit 1: I had the 2hour fullbody massage, and it was fantastic. The therapists did an excellent job working through the knots in my back, and I left feeling much better. My only criticism is the strict no-tipping policy. I understand the intention is to provide a consistent experience, but I believe allowing guests the option to tip exceptional service would benefit both the staff and the overall experience. Visit 2: I decided to try a facial. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, and I have to admit it was much more painful than I anticipated! 😂 That said, the results were excellent, and the therapist did everything she could to keep me comfortable throughout the treatment. The only downside was that there were two flies in the treatment room that kept landing on me. It made it difficult to fully relax until I asked to switch beds, after which the experience improved considerably. Visit 3: I booked the same 2hour fullbody massage as my first visit because I expected a similar experience. The work on my upper back was outstanding once again, and I was genuinely impressed by how much relief I felt. However, the second half of the massage became noticeably inconsistent. The pressure and technique on my legs varied quite a bit, and during the foot massage I could feel one of the therapist’s fingernails, which tickled enough to make me involuntarily twitch. After that, the foot massage was essentially skipped. I could have mentioned it at the time, but I chose not to interrupt the session. After three visits, only one felt consistently excellent from start to finish. I still believe this spa has talented therapists and a lot of potential. The environment is relaxing, the treatments can be excellent, and when they’re at their best, they’re genuinely impressive. My biggest suggestion to the owner would be to reconsider the no-tipping policy. The idea of removing tips to create consistency sounds good in theory, but based on my experiences, the quality still varies between visits. Giving guests the option to reward exceptional service could help motivate staff while still maintaining high standards.
All staffs were so kind and friendly also has good massage skills. Head spa+ foot massage was perfect!!
This was such a great experience. The therapists know exactly how much pressure to give and are able to locate target areas of need without even being told. Very pleasant experience. I just got done with the cao bang loop and this was much needed. I got the moc wellness, highly recommend.
Good local massage. Herbal shampoo is fantastic. Tip is included. Better than lot of Old Quarter spa
