If you’re looking for a nice restaurant for a special occasion, I’d definitely recommend this place. They serve both Western and Vietnamese food, and everything we tried was REALLY good. The price I’d say it’s really affordable All of the staff speak excellent English. I was planning a surprise for my boyfriend, and when I contacted them by email, they were incredibly kind and helped me with everything. I really appreciated all the effort they put in. The tacos were much bigger than I expected haha. The chicken satay was also really good, especially the spicy green sauce. I ordered the spicy salt prawn pasta (or something like that on the main menu 😅), and it was absolutely delicious. The only downside was that the portion was a bit small, I honestly could’ve eaten two plates! The surprise birthday cake they prepared for my boyfriend was so cute as well. Thank you so much for making his birthday special. If I ever come back to Hanoi, I’ll definitely come back here again!
I come in by chance and was impressed by the hospitality and great food. I tried western and local food, both are in fresh with the “just rite” taste. The captain here speaks good English and guide me through the food choices (as m a solo diner) as not to over consumed. Last hint of sweet just freshen up my day and I definitely recommend this place regardless You travel alone or with family. Absolutely incredible experience! It was quiet being the off season, but the staff didn’t let it change their level of service. Fantastic food, generous attention to detail, and a welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for our anniversary, and would advise you to book for a special occasion.
We had a fantastic evening dining at Cloud Nine restaurant (hotel restaurant of La Siesta Premium Hang Be Hotel). Food was absolutely delicious and Staff Service impeccable! Restaurant staff was thoughtful and takes initiative to serve without us requesting. The Manager was friendly and came over to chat to find out if we are well attended to. Though Price was on the high side but it was totally worth it! It was impressionable that it prompts me to want to stay at this hotel in my next visit. Well done!
We booked Cloud Nine Restaurant to celebrate our cousin and her husband’s wedding anniversary, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special—the atmosphere, the attention to detail, and the way the team made the occasion feel truly memorable. The setting is stunning, and the whole experience just had that “wow” factor you hope for when celebrating something important. The food and service were exceptional, and you could tell the staff genuinely cared about making the night perfect. In fact, it was so good… we went back again. Highly recommend for any special occasion or even just if you want an unforgettable dining experience.
