The Best Choice in Every Way! I am absolutely delighted that I chose this hotel. Even though the booking was made at the last minute, it exceeded every expectation I had. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated and within easy walking distance of everything I wanted to explore. The room was spacious, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the outstanding service from every member of the team. No matter what I needed—laundry, changing to a room that better suited my needs, arranging a Grab delivery, food recommendations, or any other request—it was always handled quickly, professionally, and with a genuine smile. The entire team consistently went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home, and that is something I truly appreciated. Thank you all so much for making my stay such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be coming back, and I look forward to staying with you again very soon. THANK YOU ALL ❤️
The customer service at this hotel is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. A gentleman at the front desk (maybe hotel manager?) ran down the street to deliver cut fruit to us before we jumped in a grab. I won’t bore you with how this scenario came about but my wife was very grateful to get her fruit. Thank you sir! Besides the amazing service from everyone the room we stayed was spacious (for the area) and unique (two floors with a bed on each floor and small spiral staircase connecting the floors). This is where we’ll stay the next time we are in Hanoi. Thank you!
This hotel is so great we added 3 extra nights to come back in July after travelling to other places in Vietnam. Fantastic location in the Old Quarter and near to everything. It’s the best welcome to a hotel we’ve had anywhere in the world...Jun and her colleagues and the doormen are amazing. They brought us drinks, carried our bags, checked us in a couple of hours early and Jun showed us to our room and advised us great places to visit. An Le is also fantastic, incredibly helpful and a lovely person, she remembers everything we need. Honestly, their customer service is crazy good, I’ve stayed at very expensive hotels around the world where service is nowhere near as good as this place. Very pretty room with a large incredibly comfortable bed, bedding and pillows. A safe in the room and hairdryer, kettle etc. The breakfast was included, served buffet style in the in-house restaurant...so much choice and loads of fresh food and a beautiful looking space. The same area is a restaurant the rest of the day called Red Bean and our server Cho was great. The rooftop bar is an attractive space, again great staff, great design and fantastic views across the city. This hotel was recommended to me by a London friend who stayed here, I’m now going to recommend it to everyone, it’s so good! I could live here.
La siesta ma may is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are not huge, but the totality of the hotel takes it to a different level. Every staff member is courteous, kind, and truly takes the opportunity to make your stay better at every turn. Delicious breakfast, recommendations for lunch and dinner, fantastic spa treatments, and personal touches at every corner. Don’t miss out on this hotel if you have the chance! Thank you La siesta for making our 10th anniversary trip amazing, and you’ve given every other hotel an extremely high standard to match.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Ms. Ann (An), who took excellent care of us and kindly arranged early breakfast access on the morning of our departure. The room was comfortable, with cozy beds, reliable Wi-Fi, effective air conditioning, and a consistently hot shower. The location was also outstanding and made exploring the area very convenient. One recommendation for future guests: if possible, avoid rooms on the top floor, as noise from the Sky Bar can be noticeable late into the evening.
