I stayed at wild lotus west lake for three nights during my stay in Hanoi. It is about 45 min drive from the Hanoi center located Infront of stunning west lake. It is more like apartment complex. Room is spacious and front desk officers are really friendly and supportive. No issues noticed with cleaning. This is walking distance for the flower market and some of the scenic views. Few improvent opportunities -Food is not that tasty and limited selection options. ( Only pre orders available) -No wifi for the room - No mini bar -power point sizes are different from common international square pin types so need to have a adopter or sockezwhich can support square pins and hotel hove limited numbers of such items. - Limitations with buy any additional foods or beverage - At night they close the gates partially ( but you can go in and out ) - water pressure of the hand bidet is low
West lake is a great location for getting out of the hustle and bustle of old town Hanoi. This hotel is honest and comfortable. The breakfast is lovely and the bees are comfortable. What is even better is the bar next door to the hotel (not noisy) but does great food and beer
As others have said.. Very well put together hotel in a pleasant area of town. Rooms are well taken care of, beds are comfortable and the view of the lake from some rooms is great. Best thing about this place is the staff. Genuinely warm and friendly, and incredibly helpful too. I look forward to staying here in the future.
The room is beautiful, exactly as pictured. There is a washer on each floor. To utilize the common area with the washer & fridge, you will be charged $50 USD. Beautiful view of the lake and balcony if you chose. Staff was kind and accommodating as they allowed us to check in early and check out late due to our train & flight schedule. They did not charge us extra for check in at 12, which is regularly 2, but did charge 80% for late checkout at 6pm being 1 million vnd. There is a breakfast menu and you select what you would like the night before so they can have it ready for you the next morning. The bed was pretty hard but a/c worked great & they have a heater you can use as well. Within walking distance of many restaurants. A lot less solicitation in this area, less traffic, and less noise than compared to old quarter. Very clean hotel, highly recommend!
