Day 1: Hanoi – Sapa by bus with a long trek Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai – Ta Van village
Start your adventure with a pickup from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Board a comfortable bus and depart for Sapa Town. Follow the highway to Lao Cai city, stopping for a break along the way.
Arrive in Sapa Town and admire the colorful traditional costumes of the H’mong, Dzao, and Tay ethnic people. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before starting your hike through Y Linh Ho. Trek through rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai, taking in the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain.
Continue to Ta Van village, home to the Giay Ethnic People. Check in to your homestay and get to know the family of Dzay People. Spend time enjoying the mountain life at sunset. You may attend a cooking class to learn how to make local dishes with the family and enjoy dinner in peace. In the evening, join the local bar nearby with music and socialize with other tourists before overnighting at the bungalow.
Day 2: Ta Van -Giang Ta Chai - Sapa
Start your day with breakfast prepared by the family. Begin a new day with a more interesting trek. Walk to the rice paddies for a photo session of the amazing surrounding landscapes. Trek through the bamboo forest and stop to have a panoramic view of Giang Ta Chai village, home of the red Dzao people.
Trek through the Giang Ta Chai Bridge to the main road. Enjoy lunch at the homestay before the bus picks you up to return to Sapa Town and check in to the hotel. In the afternoon, explore the charm of Sapa, shop at Sapa market, and learn about new cultures. In the evening, enjoy roasted corn, baked eggs beside a charcoal fire, or go shopping. On Saturday night, stop at the Love Market, a unique cultural experience of the ethnic minorities Hmong, Dzao in Lao Cai.
Day 3: Ta Van - Fansipang - Ha Noi
After breakfast, your driver will take you to the Cable Car Station. Spend 20 minutes on the cable car, enjoying the spectacular scenery. Reach the altitude of 2800 meters, take in the view, and visit the pagoda, a spiritual destination. Trek up 600 steps to reach the peak of Fansipan, the Roof of Indochina. Spend about 1.5 hours hiking and taking photos.
Return to the Cable Car Station and head back to Sapa town. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before meeting all the group members at the hotel to get ready for Hanoi. Board the bus and return to Hanoi with two rest stops along the way.
