One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The apartment was cozy, quiet, and equipped with everything I needed. Great internet speed for working online, plus the kitchen setup was excellent. Check-in was smooth and the staff always responded quickly!
Value for money and very nice staff. The walk from the main road isn’t a big deal. We had good time there as family with two young children
The location itself is very central, however, the communication and guest experience was not good. After staying one night I expressed my concerns of the state of the rooms not being clean. Instead of an apology and resolution, I was told that my early check out would be a loss for them since they reserved my room for 2 nights. No sense of hospitality. This standard unfortunately seems to be the norm here in Vietnam.
Don’t listen to people complaining about the taxi access. You have to walk with your suitcase for 15 seconds from taxi to reception. I stayed here for 2 weeks waiting for Thai visa. Had a very pleasant stay. Staff were very kind and helpful. Stayed in 2 different rooms and Everything in the rooms works well and it’s clean. I think this hotel is great value for the price. Room has everything you need to do simple cooking. WiFi works well. Very charming neighbourhood with nice restaurants and coffee shops around. Frasier Suits building close by has decent gym with pool and super markets
Initially, the hotel can be a little challenging to find due to the narrow side streets, especially on a first visit. However, the check-in experience was excellent. Room 402 was clean and matched the photos perfectly. The only significant drawback was the mattress, which was unfortunately very uncomfortable.
