I have spent the last 24 days here and I can absolutely say I loved it!! Let me explain so you will know why when you read others not so happy reviews. The bed is not memory foam mattress, I could not sleep on it. So I slept on the sofa with 2 comforters under me as well as 2 pillows. I have arthritis throughout my body so I was concerned if I would be able to sleep. I did sleep well. The kitchen is mot as stocked as I had hoped. There were only 3 pots large, medium, and small, so if you are planning on actually cooking ypu may want to purchase a frying pan that is compatible with a glass top stove. I bought a frying pan but was not compatible with a glass top so I gave it away as a gift. There is very few cooking utensils but doable. They do have an air fryer to bake in, a microwave, and a pot to heat up water as well. I brought with me a zero wayer purifier because I am a big stickler for clean water. I boiled water 💧 then after it cooled down poured it in my purifier, then I tested it (the tester comes with (the @Zerowater purifier ) the water was perfectly zero and can be used for coffee, drinking water, and cooking. The washer/dryer combo works fantastic!! They do have a few hangers in the wardrobe for clothes. The air conditioner is great and the fan works fantastic! Yesterday my air did quit because of the storm, so they moved me to another room. The restaurant, and spa is not located in the building. That was very disappointing becsuse I specifically searched for certain amenities. But the manager had it to where my breakfast was delivered daily because I added that on to my reservation. Now let's talk about why I think this is a fantastic apartment/hotel. The people!! The people that work here will be the main reason when I return I will come here to stay! I can not speak any thing negative about those that work here! They are genuinely kind, caring, and desires to make your visit as great and smooth as possible! The housekeeping comes every single day and she is a treasure of this company! So very kind, polite, and cheerful. The manager is helpful in all areas of your needs. She arranged for me the cars and drivers, she helped me to get a ride to the hospital because of shoulder pain, she even picked up medication thst the pharmacy absent was out of stock. She helped me with my phone troubles that happened when I arrived, it happened at an exchange stand that sells Sim cards. They messed up my phone so I am locked out of my phone (still) but able to use it on wifi. The maintenance man is top notch also, he helped me up the ramp and always has a smile. They all have a smile. It is these people and their hospitality is why I highly recommend and will come back to stay. Pamela McDonald

Tran at reception was a really great help, so nice ! He helped find solutions to change our room and helped us deal with a rude, noisy neighbor. Definitely he was the highlight of our stay. Price and location were good too, though a bit noisy.
