I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a more relaxed experience in Hanoi. Would be perfect for anyone. It would work amazingly as both a business or a holiday stay. We truly loved our time here. Our apartment had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, and was spotless and cozy. The location is a huge plus—it's right next to the lake in a peaceful walking area, offering a nice break from the noise of the Old Quarter. We were still only 10–15 minutes from the main sights via Grab. Spending time at the pool and jacuzzi was the best way to unwind after a busy day of exploring. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They are so attentive and even surprised us with a thoughtful gift for our anniversary. How lovely! We highly recommend staying here.
