This hotel was a very good choice overall. The location is great with easy accessibility, making it convenient to get around. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay quite pleasant. The service was also good and staff were helpful. I also got a very good currency conversion rate, and the hotel pricing was reasonable, adding to the overall value for money. The only downside was an additional 5% charge on card payments. Apart from that, everything else was excellent, and I had a really good experience staying here.

They consistently went the extra mile—even assisting us with the logistical arrangements for our laundry—which made our stay incredibly convenient. Communication was also smooth, as the staff understood and spoke English. The breakfast was also good and thoughtfully accommodates guests who wake up a bit later, which we really appreciated. From check-in to check-out, everything felt seamless and welcoming. It’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine service right in the heart of Hanoi. 10/10 👌🏻
Absolutely fantastic hotel! Big clean & comfortable rooms (got a free upgrade at check-in too) - great shower, functioning AC, safe in room and very quiet especially given it's great location with so much on your doorstep. Staff are very friendly, they looked after our baggage beyond check-out time and arranged a very fair priced taxi to the Airport.if I return to Hanoi, I'll definitely stay again!
The location is fantastic and the staff service is phenomenal. Clean rooms with all the amenities. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The beds and bedding are just the comfiest. The customer service staff Anna helped us with booking tours, getting transport to Cat Ba, and just giving us the best advice for any questions we had about Hanoi. She made our stay flawless.
