Reviews
The workers at the front desk were super lovely and helpful and seemed to be there at all times of day and night. How ever if you booked through Booking.com you have to pay the advertised amount again when you check out in cash and you will be out of pocket while they refund you which was not clearly specified and is unique to this hotel. Make sure you have cash
I stayed at Moon Hotel Cau Giay and overall had a good experience. The location in Cầu Giấy is very convenient — close to main roads, office areas, and easy to get around Hanoi. The hotel is clean and comfortable with helpful staff who are friendly and ready to assist whenever needed. Guests often say the service is one of the best parts, with reception and team members making check-in and questions easy. The price feels reasonable for the area and the quality you get. Some rooms are cozy and well-equipped, others are simple, but most visitors liked the value and comfort. It’s a nice choice if you want a good place to stay in Hanoi with friendly service and easy access to the city.
The best part of the hotel is service, friendly and helpful young people working at the front desk. Rooms were spacious and clean. Located a bit far from the center but there is Grab. I didn't report the minor problem at the door until after check out, as it didn't bother me. Highly recommend it. Quiet location too.
