Convenient location near the lake with many good restaurants. However, the room cleaning before guests arrived wasn't thorough. When I checked in, I found stains on the dining table and nightstand (tomato sauce stains left by the previous guest). There was also a lot of fallen hair and false eyelashes on the floor. I felt the homestay hadn't cleaned properly before the new guests arrived. I wanted to book a homestay for a cozy stay, but at the price of 700-900k VND/night plus this kind of room cleaning, I should have booked a hotel instead, which would have offered more professional and clean service.
- The room was nice, the price was reasonable, and it felt luxurious and high-quality. - The homestay's location was a bit difficult to find; we had to go around several times before we found the entrance. The front door was obscured by an umbrella and a sign from the neighboring cafe, making it hard to see. - The parking was further away than we expected. We went around several times to find the homestay, then parked far away, and walked back, which was quite tiring. - When we arrived, we followed the homestay's instructions to get the key and check in. However, when we opened the door, there was no key :) The staff were very enthusiastic and helpful, assisting us in getting the spare key and checking in first while they contacted the housekeeper to find the key. They said they were asking the housekeeper to find the key and would replace it if found, but it wasn't until the next day, when we checked out, that the housekeeper brought the key to replace it and told us to check out immediately so she could clean the room. We were quite careless, arriving just before check-in time. However, the process of finding the house, parking, and keys caused us to be late for check-in, which annoyed us because it was hot and we had to wait. Adding to that, the housekeeping staff reminded us to check out on time and had a dismissive attitude when holding our room keys...
