Reviews
We really enjoyed our stay at La Siesta Premium Hang Be. The location is outstanding—right in the heart of Hanoi, with restaurants, cafés, and many attractions just a short walk away. Despite being so centrally located, the hotel was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing us to sleep well. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a wide variety of high-quality options, including fresh pho and sushi, which my son especially enjoyed. The coffee was also excellent and a great way to start each morning. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always attentive. We appreciated the small touches, like being offered complimentary tea whenever we were relaxing in the lobby. Our only minor criticism is that the room was a bit small. If your budget allows, I'd recommend upgrading to a larger room for added comfort. Finally, don't miss the rooftop bar! It offers a great atmosphere, and coming from the United States, we found the drinks to be very reasonably priced. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi.
Phenomenal Hospitality & Perfect Location! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Siesta Hang Be! The location is unbeatable—it is so close to everything that we pretty much walked to all the major spots, even with our kids in tow. A special shout-out to Linh Pham, who was a truly phenomenal host. She constantly checked in on us to ensure we had a great experience throughout our stay, and it was always an absolute pleasure interacting with her. She even gave a sweet farewell gift to our kids, which they absolutely loved! Breakfast on the top floor was another highlight, offering a great view from what is also one of the top-rated sky bars. Overall, this hotel offers so much value for money. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
I had a great stay at La Siesta Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with a welcoming atmosphere and very accommodating, friendly staff throughout my visit. The breakfast restaurant catered to both Asian and Western tastes, offering a great variety without being over the top. The hotel also has a a French-inspired feel that adds to its character and appeal. A special shout-out to Linh and Ruby at reception for their warm hospitality, and to Kelvin at the rooftop for his outstanding service. Their friendliness made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!
La Siesta Premium Hang Be is one of our favorite boutique hotels in Hanoi. We have stayed there several times over the past couple of years, and it never disappoints. The hotel is beautifully decorated, very clean, and perfectly located in the Old Quarter, just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Some rooms can be a little noisier depending on their location, but it has never been a big issue for us. The staff is wonderful — kind, helpful, and always welcoming. A special mention to Mrs. Linh Pham, who always goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a great stay. The welcome drink and fresh fruit at check-in are also a lovely touch. Breakfast at Cloud Nine restaurant is excellent, with beautiful views and a generous buffet offering many choices. We also love the rooftop bar, Lighthouse Sky Bar, for great cocktails and beautiful nighttime views over Hanoi. We have not tried La Spa yet, but after reading so many good reviews, we definitely will next time. Overall, a beautiful hotel with great service, a perfect location, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended
Our four-night stay at La Siesta Premium Hang Be was nothing short of exceptional. Tucked within the energy of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, the hotel feels like a true sanctuary. Stepping inside offers an immediate sense of calm—a welcome contrast to the lively streets just outside. The service is where this property truly shines. Every member of the staff delivers a level of warmth, attentiveness, and personalization that is rare to find. We consistently felt recognized, cared for, and genuinely welcomed. The rooms are elegantly designed with excellent comfort, particularly the bed, which made for restful nights after busy days exploring. The rooftop bar is a highlight—perfect for unwinding at happy hour with well-crafted drinks and impeccable service. Breakfast each morning was a standout experience, offering a wide variety of high-quality options, along with outstanding Vietnamese coffee. This is a hotel we would gladly return to—and one we recommend without hesitation.
