Top hotel to stay in Hanoi. Let me describe our experience. We had been greet, reception was nice and welcoming. Check-in was easy and prompt. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Everything worked. Room was QUIET. Which is absolute plus in such a busy area. 10/10. Also, wanna mention that i forget my airpads in the room and reception manage to ship it rapidly on my address abroad !! What a service ! Absolute top notch. Thanks a lot !!! You doing great job.
Stayed at Kingdom Hotel Hanoi for 10 days and had a great experience. 💕 The staff were super kind and helpful the whole time, and even gave me really good recommendations for local food and chill spots. The room was super clean and affordable too, and the hotel is located in the Old Quarter, so it’s really easy to access everything. Highly recommend staying here, I’ll definitely be back again this December😍
Centrally located in the Old Quarter, the location was quite good with a lot of restaurants, bars, and shops around, also walking distance from Hoan Kiem Lake. However, the rooms and hotel itself are older than advertised. They mentioned when we checked in that they gave us a bigger room than what we paid for, but that was a lie because it was exactly the room I booked. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and literally held up by scotch tape. While the room had a television and telephone, neither are hooked up or functional. They only have very tiny and thin pillows for the beds as well. I think my biggest red flag was that I chose the option to pay at the hotel but they charged my credit card on 2 separate occasions for percentages of the stay before we even checked in, which multiplied the conversion and transaction charges I had to pay, then upon checking in they wouldn’t let me pay through the same card. While the staff were quite friendly, don’t expect a relaxing experience if you stay here. It’s literally just a place to sleep for us.
