Very good hotel with this price. The lady Miss lisa was very respectful & helpful. She understands and speaks good english which helped us in communicating our requirements to us.
Truly an incredible stay at Eclipse. My friend and I felt very accommodated for, the staff were very helpful in pre-arrival communication. We utilized their service for travelling to and from the airport which was seamless. We kept our baggage with the hotel while we travelled outside of the city for a few days, and upon our arrival, they had put it in our room for us. Rooms were clean and large. The location was right in the city, without being in the heart, with food and drink very nearby. If I ever return to Hanoi I will definietly be staying with Eclipse again.
Wonderful stay which exceeded our expectations. Fantastic location a few mins walk to the lake and central. From the minute we arrived Alex took great care of us and quickly help orient us with a map and many recommendations which was all not just written in the map but added to my google map. Room was spacious and I recommend the rooms on 7th floor which were premium and thoroughly deserved. Great food place right outside and a few mins walk to central locations. Thank you Alex and the team and we will see you again shortly.
Excellent stay with outstanding hospitality! Review: I had a fantastic time at the Eclipse Legend Hotel in Hanoi. The location is great and the rooms are comfortable, but what truly made my stay memorable was the incredible service. A special thank you to Mr. Alex and Tien for their exceptional hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and always had great recommendations. Highly recommended!
