I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The location is unbeatable in the old quartier, just a few steps away from the lake, the shopping streets and countless restaurants. I was really impressed by the hospitality of the staff, in particular Sophie and Jimmy have been the kindest, most caring throughout my entire stay and before. Jimmy has been so nice with the WA communications in supporting my daytrip to Ha Long Bay. The hospitality was impeccable. The breakfast was varied and offered at a high floor with lots of natural light, I really appreciated also the warm option (omelette or pho) to order. Nice, spacious, clean room, big shower. Great value for money. I did not pay enough attention, but the Classic Double Room does not have windows or natural light. This was my fault not to notice upon booking, however this also came handy because the room was very quiet. A/C could have been more efficient, however it was not too warm or humid in the room.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We, a group of 8, had a wonderful stay at Dal Vostro Hotel & Spa in Hanoi. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and in a brilliant location within easy walking distance of the Old Quarter, Hoàn Kiếm Lake, shops, restaurants, and many of Hanoi's main attractions. The staff were exceptional—warm, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options to suit different tastes, and the in-house spa was an added bonus. The massages were excellent and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.
We stayed at the hotel for a total of three nights, in three different rooms. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms, as well as all other hotel facilities, were spotlessly clean and well maintained. I would like to thank all the employees for taking such excellent care of us. The breakfasts were truly outstanding and fit for royalty. The only minor issue was that the windows in the rooms were not perfectly sealed, allowing some warm air from outside and a bit of street noise to enter. What I appreciated most was the warm and welcoming attitude of all the staff members—and even the lovely scent of the shower gel! :-) The hotel also enjoys an excellent location right in the city center.
The hotel location is perfect, especially for exploring Train Street and enjoying the nightlife in the Old Quarter area. The hotel staff was exceptional and very welcoming. They even provided our room earlier than the standard check-in time, which was greatly appreciated after our journey. Throughout our stay, the staff was always helpful and supportive. Breakfast was complimentary and the food quality was good as well. The only small downside is that the surrounding roads are quite narrow, which can make walking or driving slightly difficult. However, this is common in the Old Quarter area and does not take away from the overall experience. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi.
Excellent! 😎 Had a wonderful stay at Dalvostro. Great location - right in the heart of Old Quarter. The lobby always smelled divine. We received a complimentary room upgrade - it was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were absolutely incredible. We were warmly greeted every time we entered or left the hotel. Special shout out to em Phuong and Oanh ❤️ Had an entourage that helped us with our luggage when we left. Will definitely return to Dalvostro for the warm hospitality and comfortable stay!
