We stayed at this place for 5 nights during our trip and this place has been the best accommodation we booked in (out of five others). The staff were very accommodating, kind and friendly, always cared about our convenience. Great food and room service. Excellent location, walking distance to all the major attractions and night market. We never had any issues with our rooms during the stay. They never asked us to leave a review unlike others, which we really appreciate. Highly recommended.
From the moment we walked in for check-in right through to check-out, we felt genuinely welcomed. The rooms were clean and spacious for 4 adults, We stayed for 6 nights and the breakfast is so good! There’s bacon and sausage everyday plus lots of fruits! A special mention has to go to Quang (Postty) he went above and beyond to make us feel at home and honestly became a friend by the end of our trip. That kind of personal, heartfelt hospitality is rare and made all the difference.
Probably one of the best hotels in old quarter. The customer service was top notch from the moment we entered the building up until we checked out. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They even give you a map of the surrounding areas and recommend food spots to visit. Special mention to the front desk staff, Postty (Trần Minh Quang) who became our friend. We also became friends with the other front desk staff and bell boys but we didn't get their names. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Hanoi.
Location is in the old quarter. It's in a busy street but room is quiet. The room is huge too with elegant design. I love how big their double bed is. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. They are very good at doing their job. they won't even allow us to lift a finger. AS Filipinos who are not used to being served, we offered to bring our own luggage but they insisted they should do it for us. The breakfast buffet was bountiful and healthy. No oily food, there's a lot to choose from so even for health conscious people, there are plenty of choices. For protein lover people, there are different meats to choose from as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
I had a very pleasant stay at Bendecir Hotel & Spa. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The rooms were tidy, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. One thing I especially appreciated was that there was no smoking smell, which made the stay much more comfortable. The facilities were good, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would be happy to stay here again in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
