Great stay! The rooms were a decent size and clean. The location is unbeatable if you’re staying in Hanoi’s Old Quarter - Beer Street, Train Street, Hoan Kiem Lake, and most major attractions are all within walking distance. A special mention to Anni at the reception, who was exceptional throughout our stay. She was incredibly helpful and even arranged our airport cab directly from the hotel, which was especially convenient since cars aren’t allowed into parts of the Old Quarter on weekends. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and local highlights without needing to travel far. The hotel is well-positioned for both sightseeing and convenience. What truly stood out was the outstanding service. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. A great choice for anyone looking for a convenient location and exceptional service.
