Excellent service by the young woman at the front desk in the afternoons who is also a university student, so congratulations to her! The hotel is in an excellent and cozy little lane in the middle of some cozy alleys. Our room however had an infestation of tiny ants in the Cracks around the door frame to the bathroom and along the baseboard area. If you get this room please do not bring any food or drinks into it! You will have billions and billions of ants swarming everywhere the moment they smell it. Also the air conditioner did not work very well at all but luckily the fan on the ceiling worked well. Also the room is extremely small

Literally the best location! The rooms are small but if you are on a budget this hotel is perfect. The walls are not soundproof but I wore ear plugs and it was fine. The location is what matters most to me & it did not disappoint. The staff were also so lovely and friendly! 🧡

We stayed for 1+1 night (non consecutive). They location is great and the room price is also decent but there is an ants problem (not major but could be annoying to some). Also the room size is pretty small but that's expected given the price. All in all a good stay for a budget hotel.

Excellent location. Beautiful clean rooms with all amenities. The staff are very lovely and helpful. They offered me a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. Very reasonable price. Great value. Would love to stay again when I'm back in Hanoi for a night. Highly recommended! 10/10.
