We had a wonderful stay at Amira Hotel in Hanoi. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the main attractions. A special thanks to Lukas, who went above and beyond to help us after we came back completely soaked from the rain, providing us with towels and making sure we were comfortable. We truly appreciated his kindness. Highly recommended!
I had a wonderful stay at Amira. The rooms were clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the Old Quarter. What stood out the most was Haley at the reception. She went above and beyond by arranging my last-minute trip to Ninh Binh and organizing my shuttle transfers to and from Ha Long Bay. She was always friendly, positive, and incredibly helpful, providing useful information whenever I needed it. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend staying here!
We had such a great stay at the Amira Hotel and honestly couldn’t fault it. The hotel is really clean, modern, and in a brilliant location for exploring Hanoi. Everything felt well looked after and the rooms were spotless. The Skybar was also a huge bonus. Amazing views over the city and a really nice place to relax in the evening after being out all day. What really made the stay stand out though was the staff, especially Haley on reception. We arrived really late in the evening and she was incredible from the moment we got there. She managed to sort us a last-minute airport pickup, booked us onto a Ha Long Bay cruise, and even arranged for our laundry to be washed and ready before we left the next morning. Genuinely above and beyond service. Haley was so friendly, helpful, and calm with everything, and she made the whole stay feel easy and stress-free. It’s rare to come across service that good. Would 100% stay here again and would happily recommend Amira Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.
Our stay at Hanoi Amira Hotel was truly wonderful. The service and hospitality were exceptional from the moment we arrived, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special thank you to Hill, Huy, and Ngoc for their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism—they really added a personal touch to our experience. We’d also like to give a special mention to Linh, who went out of her way to help us explore local shopping by suggesting great stores. Her recommendations made our experience even more enjoyable and authentic. And a big thank you to Bobby for the thoughtful gesture of personally dropping us to our cab—it made us feel extra special and truly valued as guests. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we would highly recommend Hanoi Amira Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!
The twin rooms are a little small but im sure because we were very last minute booking the beds are super comfortable though. The location is great, so walkable to a ton of different things. What really made it was the staff, they are the sweetest people. They were genuinely trying to make sure we had a good experience. I can say enough good things about them. Everyone was so helpful. I would come visit just for the sweet staff members
