Rooms description and images on Agoda are false and fraudulent. They allot a much smaller room without washing machine and sofa and window curtains after booking on Agoda a bigger room. They say there are two kinds of standard double room and the bigger double room with washing machine and sofa is not available and allotting a much smaller room with a very small window without washing machine, sofa, or window curtains. They are asking customer to pay 200000 vnd extra to give a room with those features, even though the room is booked with those features. And after booking and moving into a room with partial lake view, the TV is not working. Overall unsatisfactory, unreliable.
A wonderful place to stay right near the lake and easily accessible to everything needed. The staff was amazing and extremly helpful and went out of their way to help; especially, Miss Hà, in making sure customers of comfortable and assistance with onwards travels. The rooms are clean and spacious and have all that is needed. Thank You ever so much!! The only reason, I could not give this a 5-star rating is that the breakfast could be improved with more authentic Vietnamese dishes, and more variety, given the hotel is in Vietnam.

A wonderful place to stay right by West Lake (Ho Tay). It offers excellent value for money, with outstanding staff and service. The property is clean and well maintained, and the surrounding area is perfect for walking while being pleasantly removed from the busy streets of Hanoi. Returning each day truly feels like coming home.
22 Moon West Lake Residence is perfectly situated near West Lake, one of Vietnam’s most stunning freshwater landmarks. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-day stay and were very impressed with the service. A quick tip for future travelers: be sure to double-check your room selection if you want a lake view, as we missed out on one by not realizing it was a specific booking option. Regardless, the lakeside atmosphere is wonderful, especially in the evening. Don't miss the fantastic coffee shop in the basement! Highly recommended.
