After a brief safety introduction, we’ll set off on our Vespa adventure! First Stage: We’ll ride to the iconic Long Bien Bridge, a symbol of Hanoi’s resilience. Built by the renowned Eiffel Construction company in 1902, this bridge offers panoramic views of the Red River. We’ll then continue our journey through the peaceful banana and corn farms of Red River Island, a hidden gem in the heart of Hanoi. Second Stage: We’ll ride along the banks of Westlake, stopping to enjoy the stunning views from Thanh Nien road. This spot offers a unique contrast between Hanoi’s charming old quarter and its modern skyline. Third Stage: We’ll dive into the bustling local market, immersing ourselves in the sights, sounds, and smells of the city. We’ll then visit Huu Tiep Lake in Ngoc Ha Flower Village, the site of a downed American B-52 aircraft from the Christmas bombing in 1972. Fourth Stage: Our route will take us past major city highlights such as the nearly 200-year-old Hanoi Flag Tower, the Hanoi Opera House, the thousand-year-old royal Thang Long Citadel, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace, Ba Dinh Square, Tran Quoc Temple, and Truc Bach Lake. Final Stage: We’ll head to the century-old Reunification train track that runs through the heart of Hanoi.
