DAY 1: HANOI - SAPA (L) 6:30-6:45 AM: Our bus & tour guide will pick you up from the Old Quarter Hanoi. Transfer by luxury bus to Sapa town 13:00: Have lunch at Sapa Walking to a village which is home of Black H’mong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station Returning and check-in hotel and leisure time. Dinner on your own, you can go around the Sapa church and local market at night. Overnight at the Sapa view hotel or similar DAY 2: SAPA - HANOI STATION BY NIGHT TRAIN (B, L) Local guide meets you at the hotel lobby and takes you to trekking villages. Through the rice terraces and stream, meet local ethnic people. Have lunch and return to the town, free time. You can visit Fansipan with additional cost (please let us know in advance) Around 18:00 Transfer to Lao Cai station. Dinner on your own 21:30: Back to Hanoi by night train – Sleep cabin 4 people shared (No escort tour guide) DAY 3: HANOI - NINH BINH (B, L) Early morning 5:30 AM arrival at the Railway station. Have breakfast at a restaurant indicated. Our tour guide will pick you up around 08:00 AM to Ninhbinh, enjoying the beautiful sceneries of the rural areas. Start a biking tour around the village between 15-25 minutes. Hoa Lu ancient capital dynasty Dinh – Lê. Have lunch You enjoy Trang An grottoes – Limestones natural that are designated Halong on land by bamboo boat and continue climbing Hang Mua point view 17:00-17:30: The driver will drop you off at lodge and check in a room. Dinner on your own Overnight in Ninh Binh DAY 4: NINH BINH - HALONG BAY (B, L, D) Have breakfast, the driver will pick you up around 07:30 AM (No escort tour guide) 11:30 AM: Arrive at Tuan Chau harbor Get transferred to Cruise by a tender boat Enjoy a welcome drink & have lunch while cruising through Ha Long Bay. Admire views of Incense Burner Island, Fighting Cock Islet and the Stone Dog rock formation. Soak up some sun onboard or go kayaking to marvel at sights like the Limestone Mountains, the Luon Grotto, and Titop Island 17.30: Back on board, admire the wonderful scenery and beautiful sunset (depends entirely on the weather), join the Sunset Party and cooking class on the sundeck Have dinner, admire the breathtaking view of the Bay at night and squid fishing. Overnight on the boat DAY 5: HALONG BAY - HANOI (B, EARLY LUNCH) 7:00AM: Have breakfast 7:30AM: Exploring Sung Sot cave - the largest and most beautiful cave in Halong Bay 9:30AM: Check-out time and settle your bill 9:45 - 10:45 AM: Early lunch is served at the restaurant while the boat heads back to the harbour 10:45 AM - 11:00 AM: Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina 11:40 - 11:50 AM: Our guide & Bus will pick you up at the harbour Upon arrival in Hanoi around 3:30 PM (Drop off at the airport with an extra fee) End of trip.
