Description

Day 1: Hanoi – Mua Cave – Local Family - Cycling - Thung Nham. 07:15-07:45 The tour guide and driver pick-up from your hotel or private address and departure to Ninh Binh. Heading to the south of Hanoi, passing by the scenic rice field After 2 hours, you will arrive at Mua Cave, one of the most alluring places to get the panorama view in Ninh Binh. Hike up to the peak of Ngoa Long Mountain to enjoy the amazing views of the Tam Coc. At noon, enjoy a delicious lunch served with Vietnamese cuisine. Before check-in at your accommodation. Relax a while, you will join the biking tour to explore the rice fields and limestone mountains with a unique route and visit a local family in Tam Coc. They are a traditional Vietnamese family with three generations living together. Here you will get the chance to see the house's architecture and their daily lives. Then, get on a small sampan to visit Thung Nham bird reserve and discover the most unique features of this area with more than 50.000 birds of 40 species flying to inhabit it every day. Cycle back to the mini resort or hotel. Dinner is served with Vietnamese food and overnight in Ninh Binh. Day 2: Local Market – Bich Dong - Tam Coc (Trang An optional) - Hoa Lu – Hanoi. Early morning, you take a bike ride to visit the local market in Van Lam Village and learn about Vietnamese culture through their daily activities. Back to the hotel for breakfast. Cycling to visit Bich Dong Pagoda; under the introduction of our local guide, you will get to know more about Vietnam's history and understand the origin of Buddhism. Getting back to the hotel to check out and enjoy a delicious lunch served with Vietnamese cuisine. After lunch, continue your trip with a sampan rowed by a local for about 1.5 hours to explore Tam Coc 'Halong Bay on the land'. The boat trip is a nice journey along the river with the peaceful scenery of limestone mountains and caves stretching along Ngo Dong River rice paddy if travelling during harvest season. Trang An (Optional): If you prefer to visit Trang An than Tam Coc, kindly contact us and reconfirm 1 days before travel date After lunch, Moving to Trang An and spend about 2 hours on Sampan boat exploring Trang An, the core of a world natural heritage site, in a small boat rowed by local people. Visit many limestones, water caves, and temples along the Sao Khe River. Moving to Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam in the 10th century, to visit the temples of King Dinh & Le. Leave Ninh Binh and drive straight back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi, and we will drop you off at your hotel or private address in the Hanoi Old Quarter about 18:30-19:00. Trip ends.
