Description

Day 1: Hanoi – Mai Chau Depart for Mai Chau and make a rest stop in Luong Son, Hoa Binh. Stop at Thung Khe Pass for photos and enjoy panoramic mountain views. Arrive at Lac Village and enjoy a traditional local lunch at a Thai stilt house. Vegetarian options are available upon request in advance. After lunch, join a local guide for a walking tour to explore daily life in Pom Coong Village, Lac 1, and Lac 2. Rent an electric car (at your own expense) to explore all 8 villages in the valley. Visit Thai stilt houses and learn about their unique culture. Explore local handicraft stalls, learn how to weave brocade, and shop for souvenirs. Enjoy free time for cycling, shopping, or photography. In the evening, have dinner at the homestay. Spend the rest of the evening at your leisure or join a cultural exchange night with traditional music, bamboo dancing, a campfire, and local rice wine (optional, at your own expense). Overnight at a local homestay in Lac Village. Day 2: Mai Chau – Hanoi Have breakfast at the homestay. After breakfast, enjoy free time for cycling or rent a bike to visit Van Village, located at the foot of Pu Van Mountain, inhabited by the Thai people. If it's Sunday, visit the local Sunday market in the town center. Have lunch and rest at the stilt house. On the way back to Hanoi, you can stop in Cao Phong to buy local oranges and stop in Ba Vi to shop for fresh milk and other local specialties. Arrive in Hanoi and end your tour.
